OfficeOS AI is a brand operated by Teknly ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us. If you submit the firm-assessment form or email us, we receive your name, email, firm type, and message.
• Purchase information. Purchases are processed by our payment providers (such as Gumroad). We receive order confirmations; we do not see or store your full card details.
• Basic analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage data to understand what's working on the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, schedule an assessment call.
• To deliver products you purchase and provide support.
• To send you updates about products you've bought or asked about — you can opt out any time.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it except with the service providers needed to run the business (payments, email delivery, hosting), each bound to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@officeosai.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
